Cancellation Policy

We value our time and yours. To maintain professional quality, Loutfi Medical Aesthetics requires a minimum 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows according to our clinic protocols.

Medical Consultations and Realism

Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures. Results vary between individuals based on multiple health factors. A mandatory consultation at our Winter Park clinic is required before any treatment to determine candidacy and set realistic expectations.

Financial Policies and Payments

Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise specified by a financing agreement (e.g., Cherry Financing). We do not offer refunds on medical procedures already performed. Package deals and deposits are subject to specific clinic terms discussed during consultation.

While we take pride in our artistry and clinical expertise, Loutfi Medical Aesthetics provides no guarantees regarding the aesthetic outcomes of any treatment. Each body reacts differently to medical aesthetic procedures.
